LICENSING

We represent the interests of licensees at all levels including the following:

•  Obtaining and renewing liquor, food and entertainment licences

•  Purchase of license and property where necessary

•  Representing and advising licensees and their staff in respect of police summons

•  Advising generally in respect of government legislation at local, national and European levels, e g areas affecting discrimination issues such as wheelchair access and health and safety issues such as smoking in the workplace.

Our Senior Partner, Mr Gerry Lee has extensive experience in the licence trade that includes previously working for Guinness plc and more recently as regular columnist on legal matters for the prestigious Licensed & Catering News trade publication.
