P R Hanna Solicitors have been providing legal services for over 20 years initially in London and then expanding to Belfast and Dublin. Gerry Lee joined the company in 1993 and is now Senior Partner with three partners - Claire Devlin, Mark Hatt and Jennifer Moffett. Paul Hanna remains as consultant.

The company was originally founded as a specialist Road Traffic Accident Uninsured Loss Recovery Practice and has over the years consolidated this expertise and experience into all areas of personal injury. Gerry Lee is the regional Chair for Northern Ireland within the Motor Accident Solicitors Society and he is also the representative of BRAKE, the Road Safety Charity in Northern Ireland. More recently the Practice has established itself as one of the leading firms in Northern Ireland in the provision of quality legal services to Headway, the Brain Injury Charity and is currently joint sponsor with Headway of the Serious Injury Guide published by BRAKE. This Guide along with the Bereavement Guide, also published by BRAKE and jointly sponsored by P R Hanna and the PSNI, provides valuable information to victims and their families who have suffered a fatal or serious injury in Northern Ireland as a result of a road collision.

Over recent years the Practice has expanded rapidly so that in addition to its core business within the Personal Injury Sector there is now established a specialised Unit with the requisite experience and expertise for the provision of legal services to victims of catastrophic injury. The Unit is headed by Partner and Head of Litigation, Mark Hatt, who is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and the Motor Accident Solicitors Society.

In addition to our core services P R Hanna also now provide legal services in many other areas such as Conveyancing, both domestic and commercial, Wills and Probate, Matrimonial and Family Law. For the commercial sector we provide legal services in Licensing Matters for the hospitality sector, Debt Recovery for the business community and all areas of Commercial Litigation including advice in respect of employment matters for both business and individuals.
